Dear Sir, Do you have any HCL office/service centre in bangalore, if so can u pls send the address of it IF U KNOW, 1.Miller's Road office is closed, 2. Ulsoor road office is idle all the time, 3. All given customer care no of bangalore are Switched off/ does not exist, 08032567171, 080-42465218, 4. Your Regional head no 09790901240 never receives the call. My Complaint is that i have purchased u r HCL tablet in Jan2013 and given it on repair on feb 28, till today no response or feedback from u r service centre. Is HCL products are worth Buying?????????????????????????????????????????????????

You can't solve my prblm yet now it takes lot of time, if the problem is not solved by you then customer have no choice to carry with your company , its very shameful for your company that you told me to collect my laptop without repairng , I feel that was the biggest mistake which i have did it to purchase hcl laptop , very bad , your service and dealing is very poor, your customer center sector 17 a chandigarh dealing is also very imbarsing and shocking, if you cant repair my laptop then you
