Hi Vineet, in the PMP Converence which I was also attending, for one of the question - how many leaders can an organization have and how will the organization function if every one is an leader. You answered that Leadership is an idea. Idea finds followers and the followers follow the leader. So, the question is what is that you stand for that others will follow you. I really liked the answer. The question I have is - what will happen if everyone is a leader in an organization? This is not clear. can you clarify better? Its so important that if I am a leader, I have to make others leaders as well. So, if every one is a leader, how will an organization function - more postiviely or will it result in issues.
